Guys, I'm on a big ole health kick. I'm hauling arse out of bed every morning for 7am training sessions - everything from boxing to Body Attack. BECAUSE 7 WEEKS UNTIL EUROPE! But it's hard to stay motivated and make it to the gym and go to bed early and oh yeah did I mention the 7am classes? The one thing I know makes it easier is if I have a killer playlist to help me smash it.
